            My son is attending a new private high school in the fall. They have a strict dress code and they provided a link where to buy school branded clothes from. I purchase some school branded clothes from this site. It arrives. My son doesn't like some of them. I request for a return. I get denied because they said the clothes are customized with my son's school name/logo. I request for an exchange. I get denied for said same reason. Though their site says they do not accept returns or exchanges for custom clothing, I find their behavior unreasonable since obviously the reason I am buying from them is to buy school branded clothes. Secondly, if this is the case, then that means nobody can ever return or exchange because there business is printing school branded clothes for different schools. I cannot imagine people buying blank clothes from them. When you go the website url, they usually already show the school you are buying for. It does not go to a blank logo clothes page. This is deceptive sales/marketing. I cannot believe it. I have also reported them to the school for additional help.

            BSN Sports has terrible customer service. Waiting 5 weeks for the order to be made and then my order was lost in transit, I contacted customer service via phone and email 5 times receiving the same message of we will check with our ****************** and contact you in ***** hours. No one ever contacted us back and when asked to speak with a manager in charge I was told that is not possible without ***** hours notice. Now 7 weeks later they finally agreed to remake my order which we might receive the final week of soccer season. They do not stand by their own motto: BSN SPORTS has built a company around one core principle SERVICE. There is nothing more important to us, and nothing that sets us apart more, than the maniacal focus we have on serving you.. Instead they do their best to give you the complete run around and then a refund leaving your kid without their season gear out on the field.
