*** saying that me pain that amount 776 and 21 cents how can I pay that when I make 794 when I got rent cable electricity and it include water and food how can I pay all that in that day by the 15th of November I don't get money that time I'm on a monthly check I get it in in the month of November and every in the month I get the money not begin the month social security gives me 94 in the month it does it come in the first second third fourth fifth and eighth it comes right on the 29th to 31st my money is gone in one day with all my bills clean with when I have a little bit of food I don't have food stamps so how the heck am I supposed to do that when the landlord told me to keep the water on and let it drip with cold weather or leave it the landlord will get mad and say why are the water is off when you need it on for the pipes in the landlord just got back at my man doesn't have the house for stuff and now we are don't want to get you here when I get in trouble again so we can I do that because the first going on plus not getting money because of it not having a job because I'll be on social security not even having what I need that is not right and one thing I don't want to *** saying that when I told her I'm on social security when people are on a low-income they post pay when they get paid those people have jobs that don't get paid by the month or something to get paid the middle of the month so why in the world she wants to start saying that when I told you guys that I don't get paid till end of the month and I am not been doing good cuz I have been sick with a cold and I am now trying to keep things going but she should not say that at all so all I know is that I would eat you told her I'm just need to do another agreement with it and just do a hundred every single time I can it's all I can do a hundred that all I can afford because of the bills I have had got fourth check yet and we don't know when we're getting it she needs to wait till then .Business response

Responding to 4th Complaint # ******** regarding same item above.
Thank you for contacting the ************ Utilities and bringing this to our attention.
We have been working with you to bring your account current since February 2021. We have not been able to achieve this, and you have not kept the payment arrangements you have agreed to with the ************.
Since payment was not received, your water service has been disconnected. Also, as of today you have another **** dated November 16, 2021, in the amount of 111.30. To restore water service please pay the full balance of $887.31 plus a reconnect fee of $50.00.

I have ************ the water in my name and they wanted $225.00 but I am on social security and the bank took most of my money this month so I paid $100.00 because I have other bills and *** from ************ have me till October 15,2021 and place to get help to pay it but the place she gave me is to far for me to go because I don't have car I am on foot so I emailed them but nothing from them and loan companies turn me down and *** wants to deducted the water with COVID-19 Virus still out I need *** from ************ to keep the water on until the end of month but *** form ************ will not work with meBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:I have City Waco water in my name on the October 29th 2021 I paid $100.00 and then on November 3rd when we won I got to notice of disconnected off service on the door for November 5th 2021 after I turn them in last month sensory stimulation for trying to disconnection of service with covid-19 virus and cold weather like the city of Waco water do not care if we get sick covid-19 virus I don't care if my pipes freeze because of the cold weather

Responding to 3rd Complaint # ******** regarding same item.
Thank you again for contacting the City of Waco Utilities and bringing this to our attention.
We have been working with you on bringing your account current since February 2021. To date, you have failed to keep any of the payment arrangements agreed upon between you and the City. Please pay $776.01 by 10:00 AM Monday, November 15,2021 to avoid interruption of service.
