This complaint is regarding the persistent and unwarranted harassment I have experienced from Creative Soul Music School. In late February/early March, I contacted the school to inquire about ******s for my son. Regrettably, the encounter quickly turned sour due to the aggressive sales tactics employed by the representative.During our conversation, I was pressured into providing my personal and credit card information under the false pretense of a "free trial class to confirm the promotion but would not be charged. Upon realizing the dubious nature of the practices and the lack of transparency regarding ****** details, my husband promptly cancelled my credit card to prevent any unauthorized charges.Despite my refusal to engage further, I have been inundated with incessant calls from the company, demanding payment for services I never received nor agreed to. Moreover, the persistent attempts to coerce me into accepting a nonexistent contract and resorting to using scam numbers to reach me constitute blatant harassment and a flagrant violation of my rights as a consumer.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably through emails, only to have them bounce back or be met with dismissive responses. It is evident that the organization's actions are not only unethical but also bordering on fraudulent behavior.I demand that the organization cease all communication and cease any further attempts to falsely claim that I owe money or have entered into a contract. Furthermore, I expect immediate confirmation that my personal information has been removed from the records and that I will no longer be contacted by the company or its representatives.Failure to comply with this request will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights and seek appropriate remedies for the harassment and distress caused.I trust that the organization will act swiftly to rectify this situation and ensure that no further harassment occurs.
