This company is unreliable and unable to meet deadlines. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't require 100% of the construction costs upfront. I paid $12k+ upfront in April 2021 (not industry standard, which is more like 15-20% deposit, them remaining balance once project is complete and accepted), and it's now November 2021 and I have a partially completed pavilion with splitting wood that has no roof and completely exposed to the elements since they started on it in September (which was 3 months later than they originally scheduled the work to start). Lawn Master customer service continues to make excuses as to why they can't make the completion dates that they themselves set, and don't acknowledge the defects and punchlist items identified by the home owner (me) and expressed to them. This is a Home Depot vendor and I cant even get someone from Home Depot to answer the damn phone. Completely frustrated that I have no leverage on them as they have all my money and all I have is an incomplete project. I would never recommend this company. I would suggest going with a local contractor with good references. I also plan to never do any business with Home Depot again. HD should be concerned about and pay more attention to who they do business with. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!Business response
