            We have 2 HVAC units on our 2-story home, and both were probably 20 years old. They both started not cooling the house as temps started creeping into the 90s here in early June. I reached out to Heritage Air and a technician came out to see what our issues were. The age of the units and the use of old freon indicated that we needed to replace both. That same day a HVAC field supervisor came out did an assessment of our entire house, walked us through our options and later that evening based on our request provided a quote and options for financing if needed. As anyone knows who is experiencing the replacement of an HVAC system as with all things these days these systems are not cheap. Working with Heritage Air we were able to accomplish everything we needed in a day or so and within a few days the crew from Heritage Air was on site, removed the old systems, installed our new systems for which we went with a premium level of equipment, extremely efficient and with incredible features these days (our choice) and had us up and running in a couple of hours. Amazing crew that took care of everything, placing drop cloths throughout the house upstairs and down so as not to track in any dirt etc. (pool construction taking place at the same time). A technician followed up on the following day to check the quality of the install and walk us through the cloud connected thermostats. Great folks, team and crew with Heritage Air, prompt and professional. Highly recommend these folks and looking forward to them servicing our equipment going forward to ensure its maintenance is taken care of.
