I purchased a piece of jewelry from sarahbriggs.com. Order # XXXXXX. I purchased the 14k gold filled Kat suspender cuff on 12/31/21 for $38 plus tax and shipping. I didnt receive the item until February 2022. I followed all care instructions and wore it minimally. The item has begun to discolor despite info listed on your website; "14K Gold Filled A layer of solid 14k gold, 100x thicker than plating layers, is permanently bonded using heat and pressure. Gold filled is hypoallergenic, medical grade, nickel free, and heirloom quality. Sweat + even shower in your SB jewelry; gold filled will not wear off and can last a lifetime." I emailed customer support at **@sarahbriggs.com in the Beginning of July 2022 regarding the issue with no response. I contacted their instagram account on 7/14. Someone responded for me to check my junk email, but there was no response in my junk email. The person advised they would forward the concern to **@sarahbriggs.com. I received a Jotform response on 7/18 that they received my repair request. I emailed again on 7/29 as I still had no resolution and also messaged on instagram. On 8/10 I posted a comment on their instagram page requesting assistance to this unresolved issue. I was then blocked. I then emailed them again today 8/11/22 advising I still had no response or resolution and was blocked on instagram due to trying to resolve the issue. Im very upset with the poor customer service I've been provided. I was hoping to have the item replaced as they stated on their website gold filled will not wear off and can last a lifetime.
