    I called this business asking if they were My Eye Lab, located on hwy 77 in the same parking lot as the carwash. I was told that they were, so I made an appointment. I showed up to my appointment today at My Eye Lab, which they let me know that I had no appointment. I went to the text confirmation, which provided no business name or address...it only had a phone number. I called the number several times and I continued to receive a voicemail saying they were closed for lunch until 1pm (my calls were after 1 pm, just fyi). When they finally answered the phone, I explained to them what happened. I believe her name was **** or ***, but she told me "it was a miscommunication, but you can still come or not..." I was totally flabbergasted by her response. I then asked if she was able to look up who I spoke with. She replied with, yes...I can, but I already told you, you can keep your appointment or cancel it. I asked her if I could just get a simple apology for receiving incorrect information, and again, I was told, I already told you it was a miscommunication, do you want to keep your appointment or not. I arrived at the location and spoke to someone else, at this time, one lady came out into the lobby, and another came and stood behind the 2 girls at the desk...I explained to her what occurred, and stated, I would just like a simple apology for the miscommunication on their part. I was then told that I was the one who miscommunicated. At that time, I said I will take my business elsewhere, at which time, I was taunted by one of the receptionists. I honestly feel like this was because of my race. I never knew that it was painful to say the words "I apologize" to another person. I am the customer, not the other way around. **************** goes a long way, and I will never recommend, nor patronize this establishment again.
