I engaged Blu H2O for a pool construction project. The agreed-upon scope included both building the pool and addressing any damages caused by the construction. However, communication with them has been an extreme challenge since excavation and once the pool was filled with water, it's been nearly impossible to get answers back. I'll go days to close to weeks without hearing from them and I'm afraid they're going to leave without finishing the work. The entire project should have reasonably been completed at least 3 weeks ago.The outstanding, contractual scope comprises:-The gas line needs to be properly connected to the meter and heater.-The pool filler remains unconnected.-The Polaris equipment has not been delivered.-Mastic around the pool area requires installation.-The driveways drainage pump area needs fixing back to existing condition.-Pop-up emitters must be moved to the back alley.-The agreed-upon sod and rock border installation back to existing conditions is pending.-The damaged fence needs to be repaired.-Deck drains remain covered.-Porcelain and marble tiles need cleaning from mortar and concrete.-Downspout connections damaged during construction must be repaired.-Two coping tiles were damaged during construction and require repair.Despite my nearly daily efforts, communication with Blu H2O has been extremely challenging, hindering the completion of these essential tasks. At one point, the contractor even told me to "stop talking". From what I can gather from the subs, they also have difficulty reaching Blu H2O.Nothing we have asked for is unreasonable, but going days and weeks without hearing from them is unprofessional. I've waited three weeks with no meaningful progress before submitting this complaint. All this would've been resolved with an acknowledgement and a plan. The punchlist attached was first created on June 17.
