I had Method Pools install an in-ground pool at our home which started the summer of 2021. Understandable it was going to take longer than normal because of COVID and the supply chain issues that caused, especially with the pool equipment. The build took over a year and nothing was really ever planned, contractors would either show up unannounced or call the day of. We were at the Zoo one day and came home to find that our rock water feature had been installed, no one had mentioned that was going to be done. That being said, they installed a sandstone slab which should not be part of a water feature as that stone flakes and erodes very quickly. (when asked about this the owner, *****, simply dismisses the complaint and tells me to seal it).Once the everything was done and the pool was filled everything was great. Except for the plaster. Over time the colors never were right, we were told it was the water. For the last **** months the service techs have tried acid washing the plaster to draw the coloring out. I had to tell them to stop after the 5th time because it's making it worse. Also, whatever the service techs have been using to 'fix' the plaster it has continually caused pump and filter plugs. (pictures attached) The pool has 4 color tones now and the owner ***** refuses to speak with me in person, or on the phone. I only communicate through the office manager. If it wasn't for her nothing would have gotten done. I am still looking to get the plaster color fixed but I don't trust them to make it right, I also need to get a resolution on the water feature (sandstone erosion) and umbrella sleeves installed in the patio. Those were in the original build, quoted and paid for. Until all this is done I do not consider the build finished. I have emails and texts from the very beginning to prove all this and just want things to be made right. We absolutely love the pool, it's beautiful but we want what we paid for. That's it.Initial Complaint

My husband, ***************************** and I signed a contract with Methods Pools on 3/9/2022 for construction of a pool and spa. During the construction of the pool and spa we had some issues related to the tiles around the pool. There was one that was cracked and another that had water leaking through it. I emailed the office ******* about this on August 8, 2022. On August 24, 2022, a contractor from the "stone crew" came out and fixed the tiles. On September 12, 2022, I again emailed the office ******* regarding coping tiles around the spa that had started to chip. One of the guys from Method had come out to check the chemicals in the pool and also noted the coping tiles. He told the officer ******* that he wasn't sure what was causing it so he suggested that the contractor who put them in would need to take a look at them. He also took pictures of the damaged tiles and sent them to the owner. On September 13, 2022, the office ******* sent me an email stating that she was waiting to hear from the owner about when the contractor could come out to fix the tiles. It is now April 4, 2023 and this has still not happened, the contractor nor anyone else have been out to our house to address this issue. Initially I was told that the contractor never tells them when he is available and that he would just drop by. I told them this would not work as we cannot just leave our fence unlocked all the time and we have a dog. Every time that I email the officer ******* about this I get the same response that she is waiting to hear back from the owner. First, the excuses were related to weather (rain, snow) then they were behind because of the previously bad weather. Then I was told that the contractors were out of the country and that they didn't know when they would be back. Last month I decided to start emailing the owner directly to try to get this problem fixed. He has not responded to a single email. I have attached pictures of the damaged coping tiles around the spa and around the pool.
