Date of Service October 26, 2022 Paid $10,000 Company damaged on site concrete while installing asphalt. ******* on site made note of damage and there has been no resolution.Asphalt is failing with holes and depth of 1/4 inch when should be 1.5 inches.Company cited weather as a reason (temperature) when contacted in November 2022. I began additional calls in March 2023. I reached the office 3 times and each time was told they would do visit to inspect and solve problems. Company never showed for these visits. No response to emails.Company will not answer calls from my number now.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The first contractor arrived without notice and surveyed the work done and the damage caused at installation. He said he had been sent to patch holes, but after looking at the work that was done, would recommend that the company come back out to add additional layer of asphalt. He determined that to be the solution he would take to the owner as repair was more than he could do.
A second worker arrived 2 weeks later and treated the weeds that had penetrated the driveway and said he was sent to do that only and could not speak to the thickness of asphalt, holes or damage to concrete.
Both workers arrived without any notice and fortunately, I was here as I work from home. There has been no other contact from the company though I have emailed and called.

We dont warranty vegation growth and I still had a guy go out to kill and remove grass and adress issues customer was not very easy to deal with and then him and all his friends started writing bad reviews on all my sites I did not even work for half of them. But we did try twice to get him happy never worked

I am rejecting this response because:The business owner has only now responded to the BBB after many months. I have had no contact from him.
I did leave negative reviews because his company has not addressed the holes in his work or the damage done by his crew.
His representative that came out to assess the work said that there's no way to rectify the pavement other than laying additional product to bring it to the depth it should be.
This owner and company are not concerned with providing a quality product or honest response to dissatisfaction.
I can't speak to any reviews other than mine but can say I did not solicit anyone to review his work. His response to the BBB complaint is similar to responses he has left attacking other dissatisfied customers who left negative reviews.
At this time, having been ***** solid months of no follow up about the shoddy work and damage caused, I have come to realize I will have to find another contractor who is capable of correcting this work at my own, additional expense.

********************* is a liar none of my workers said anything bad about the work and he did have other people write reviews that is one of the main problems. hes very inconsistent with his complaints weve had tried to go out there no satisfying this guy and all of his friends are like a mob when it comes to writing reviews *******, much more business than his job was worth. at this point Weve had different people out there to rectify the problem, but ***** would like to get a free job for nothing not gonna happen. I have already hired a private investigator and an attorney and we are going to probably file charges for slander for him and his friends numerous messages on all my social websites.
