Kyle Zanetti Trailers Response

Good morning.
Customer brought KZT trailer for running light repair, and inspection, during inspection, by *** law, KZT has to check Electric brake workability, KZT found that 3 out of 4 brake assemblies were non functioning.
KZT inspected brake assemblies, by removing hub assemblies, found that brake assemblies, and hub assemblies, were in need of complete replacement, during this inspection, KZT found that rear axle Camber was out of alignment.
KZT worked up an estimate before any work was performed for repairs, KZT suggested complete new axle assemblies for warranty purposes, and that straightening the rear axle does not come with a warranty.
KZT also inspected tires, per the inspection process, found that front axle tires, are 6 years old, and had sidewall dry rot.
KZT then called customer to inform them of the findings, and recommendations, customer requested an estimate for repairs.
KZT wrote an estimate for all repairs, ale replacement, tires, and electrical work, customer was contacted, via phone, and texted copy of estimate, customer gave full approval for work, and at no time questioned any of the estimates descriptions, of tire size, or cost.
Customer showed up end of day June ********* was very pleased with work, paid, and left.
On Monday June 26th 2023 customer called irate, saying we took advantage of her, did not put correct tires on trailer, and demanded her money back.
KZT operations manager explained tire size was never a question that she asked, KZT installed tire size trailer was manufactured with OEM, by DOT law, KZT is required to install size tire, trailer was built with.
Customer proceeded to tell KZT operations manager, that her tire guy said we installed improper tire, and demanded her money back, during this whole time customer would not let KZT explain situation, and to give her the option of returning trailer, and KZT installing tires that she preferred, at no cost to her.
Customer would not stop yelling at KZT, so there is the explanation for hanging phone up, due to customer would not let KZT explain situation.
KZT then contacted customer on Tuesday the 27th at 8:30 am to see if she had calmed down, and to give her option, customer then stated, that she had reported KZT to BBB, and that she will be going a different route.
At KZT we pride ourselves on customer service, and satisfaction.
