  In May 2023, I consigned with Zanetti (KZT) to sell my Horse Trailer. I was told the axles were bent and approved their replacement. I also approved a safety inspection for the lights and breakaway system based on KZT's recommendation, in order to sell at a higher price, $49,900. After months of no word from KZT, I contacted them and we agreed to lower the price to $39,900. Then we received a call with a cash offer of $35,000. I asked what was still owed to KZT (axle labor of $748 and commission of $2,100) and what our net would be ($32,152). We agreed to accept the cash offer based on this information. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from KZT, we contacted them to inquire as to if the sale had been finalized. We were informed that yes, it had, and that $3,111.18 of additional repairs were made to the trailer, bringing our net to $29,040.82. We advised that this was not what we were told and that we did not agree with it. After KZT confirmed with their office staff that we had been told we would receive $32,152 they still would not pay us. They insisted that we had originally agreed to a safety inspection to make the trailer "sellable", which was to result in a higher sales price. We were never contacted regarding the inspection and repairs, until we called them and the final invoices and our new net amount were provided to us. KZT also did not discuss any of this internally, especially what we had been told by their office staff of what was still owed and what our net would be. If they had told us what the safety inspection had revealed and had we been aware of the cost, we would have accepted the $35,000 offer based on "as is" condition, but we were not informed nor communicated with in order to make that decision. No additional repairs should have been made prior to us being informed. We want the unauthorized add'l repair amount and shortage of $3,111.18 paid to us.

  ***************************** was not privy to this information, Kyle Zanetti Trailers is sorry for her miss understanding.

  Trailer would not have sold as is at ****** to many issues with LQ components.

  Kyle Zanetti Trailers has uploaded Invoice for repairs, signed sales agreement, and work order.

  Trailer was in possession of Kyle Zanetti Trailers from 6/14/2023 - sale date of 9/15/2023

  Sales agreement was signed 4/6/23 ******* took 2 months before trailer was brought to KZT to sell.

  ***************************** contacted Kyle Zanetti Trailers on 8/15/2023 expressing why KZT has not contacted her, due to no interest in trailer, KZT suggested dropping price below ****** starting sale price was 45,000

  ******* agreed, 1 month later KZT was contacted with an offer, KZT contacted *******, due to her expressing to KZT she is the one that has final sale in trailer, not ***************

  ******* then contacted KZT on 9/13/2023 and accepted sale of trailer at ****** knowing there was ****** and a 6% commission ******** to be taken out of sale price, she was informed of repairs to be made to LQ to make sellable, and knew she was receiving the ********* being wire transferred.
