We hired Sharp Streaks to paint the interior of our home. They charged us 6K & please look at the pics. After we saw that their initial job was terrible & they left our side door unlocked upon leaving, we reached out to them to fix the very obvious problems which was paint peeling, ZERO tying in of the walls to the ceiling as no tape was used anywhere, & there was paint on our ****************** They came back out a 2nd time & not only did they NOT fix any of the issues, they then got paint all over our fireplace flute, paint on the crown molding, & a space in the kitchen was completely missed & not painted, & they left our door unlocked for the 2nd time! I texted **** to get just the cost of labor back as we now have to hire REAL professionals to come fix this & **** argued with me that they can come back & fix it. FOR A THIRD TIME?! This is NOT a professional painting company!!! They did not give a SINGLE DIME BACK of 6K & this is the quality of their work. These ppl are clearly using ****************** kids as well as unqualified laborers to do a poor job. There is NO EXCUSE for charging so much & then refusing to pay back even a portion to correct mistakes made after multiple attempts to fix it. Our bank USAA fully refunded us after I provided the pics. Sharp Streams is falsely advertising as professional painters & MORE when they are truly just handymen who do a VERY poor job! They also had their child- a minor- helping them paint our walls as my husband *********************** witnessed. They also told us (after the fact), that they hired workers to come one day when my husband was not home. We have no clue who these people were, but they were also obviously not professionals & we only ever approved ****, ************* mother to come help. This is a SHADY business to say the least & they should be looked into for false advertising & then refusing to return payment, even just partial payment, after they do a C*** job. Please look into them.
