            Sawyer Eye Center! They got my prescription wrong. New glasses are giving me headaches. Sawyer wont fix the Problem. Im out $500 and have to start over with a new eye doctor. Poor ******* **** poor service!

            We regret the patient is experiencing difficulty adjusting to his new glasses. In response to this complaint, however, we must first acknowledge that we are bound by HIPAA restrictions to not disclose protected health information regarding a medical visit. Sawyer Eye Center is an ophthalmology practice, and therefore our focus is on medical/surgical eye issues. We do not make glasses; we only write glasses prescriptions that *** be filled elsewhere. We cannot verify the accuracy of how a prescription is filled or determine a medical reason for headaches without seeing a patient back for a follow up visit. Before his complaint was filed with the BBB, we reached out to the patient to try to resolve the issue, and we would still be happy to see him in order to find a solution.
