We went into sleep experts to purchase a mattress cover on 1/31/22. After speaking to the sales associate and explaining what we were wanting he recommended a product and we made the purchase. However an hour after arriving home we realized the product was not at all what we had described we wanted. We returned that same day to the store and the sales associate approved the return and recommended another item that was thirty one dollars and forty cents more than the initial item purchased. We agreed and the item was going to be shipped to the store where we would be able to see it before going forward with paying the difference. We didnt hear back and went to the store on 3/19/22. However the item wasnt in store and they said it was going to be directly shipped home. We then proceeded to pay the difference for the new item. The item never arrived. They asked for the item that was originally purchased to be left at the store and they would just switch the purchase. However we were left without our original item, our refund, and never received the new item we paid for. After going to the store multiple times and waiting hours for the issue to be resolved we havent been able to get a refund or either of the two purchased items. It has been 6 months and they always say theyll call to let us know when our refund is on its way, but they never do. We no longer want the items and just want our money back which they have promised to do but havent done due to system issues.
