Issues with bed bugs and trying to get refund on two rooms, this is a long story would like to speak with someone if possible. I have a refund for 1 room supposedly( they tell me, I have been told this twice already). I am asking for both rooms to be refunded due to everyone (3 adults 3 grankids myself having to stay in 1 room) mine. My 1 grandson got bit the worst had to get him cream, (had to take him back home to his mom with bites on him start school with bites). It took them 12 days to refund the 1 room and 12 days to finally get the manager to speak to me after I threaten to report them. I really would like to explain to someone, everyone was not bad just some of them. I rented the room for a good night sleep not to be woken up at 2;30 in the morning with everyone coming to my room. I got the run around on where the manager was and why I couldn't speak with him, when manager spoke to me he said he had no record of my stay but they charged my card then he said room was under another name card didn't match, so many stories. If possible please give me a call ************ or ************. If I need to write a letter I can. THANKS ***********************. P.S. Someone should really have this hotel investigated for bed bugs and to remain open , I will be calling health department to see if they are renting the room without it being cleared of bed bugs, the manager said I should have ask for contacted office that night at 2:30 in the morning I told him they have it locked you ring a bell(he said yes but we are here) ok move everyone luggage kids toys etc I thought my idea worked better(may have *** wrong). I have other complaints but those things I could live with, just not the bed bugs and no sleep. ( i had the 2 and 4 year old with me in my bed). I'm old!!
