Was getting a brand new truck. Ran numbers and everything came out perfect. Signed all the papers. Did the credit check. Approved by salesman and sales manager. Then the very end the manager came out rudely and said better start saving for the f250 cause you cant get this truck. Shook my hand and walked. Never purchasing a **** again.Review from Cheryl D

Scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2021 **** Explorer. Received numerous reminders of my appointment via text and email up until the day before. Showed up to appointment to be told they do not have the software and basically sent me home. How did someone not know this prior to my appointment? They should have 1) not scheduled an appointment until the appropriate software is available. 2) let me know prior to driving over 30 min one way and losing work time and gas money to find out they do not have what is needed. This is TERRIBLE customer service and honestly total incompetence. I lost time at work, gas and diesel money as my husband followed me up there to leave it. This is not my first poor experience with them. I have given them so many chances to do better and they always seem to disappoint. Someone there needs to step up and get better organized before you allow customers to schedule appointments and show up to be turned away. I will not be going back and I do not recommend anyone going there.Review from Randal P.

Had bought a new 2021 **** Expedition and the sun roof exploded out of no where and **** refuse to cover the repairs so had to clam on insurance and then they have had it for 6 months to fix the glass and they have returned the car to me 3 time every time I have to take it back due to the glass would leak water in they have also have left my car sit out in the rain knowing that it was there for the roof leaking so 6 months and still dont have my car fixed properly and it has been only in southwest ford hand for the repairs and they can not seam to get it fixed very disappointed in this dealership and will probably never buy from here againReview from Fernando N

I drove 45 minutes to buy a vehicle and trade mine, after 2 hours I signed papers but they said they did Not have the vehicle in their lot, that they will have it in two days, they removed the license plates from my vehicle and said this vehicle is not yours anymore so we have to put temporary plates. You will drive it until we delivered your new one, after a week a called them and they said they didnt have that model anymore and send me a picture of the window sticker of another more expensive and theyd said they will handle the difference, but I have to wait more time after 3 weeks the sales man said thay did not have it, but I have to wait much longer its been a month and no vehicle yet. They sale vehicles that they dont have, they affected my credit score and sale my information to other companies. The worst experience ever. I want to warn others about this dealership.
