I purchased a Maintenance Contract Agreement from S&A *********************************************** for 3 septic inspections, one every 4 months for the time period 4/2021 - 4/2022. S&A has not done any inspections of my property as of 12-28-2021. They continue to say they will be out to do the inspection every time I call them but they never come out. They told me 6 weeks ago they would refund my money and the check is on the way. I have never received the refund. They do not return phone calls or emails. Every time I call they tell me a different story. I would like to file a complaint and also warn others to not use S&A. If you can help me get my money back I would sincerely appreciate it.Business response

Dear Valued Customer,
Please accept my sincere apology for the lack of service provided by our company. There was evidently an issue with generating your inspection in the computer software program used for our maintenance contracts. I had you on my list to refund the amount for your contract, but I have been out of the office. We will have a technician out today to hand deliver your refund payment. We will also provide an inspection and add chlorine to the system at that time free of charge. I have attached proof of the refund to this response.
At S&A we strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our service and it is with sincere regret that this was not achieved previously with you. I hope that this response helps eliminate your frustration and resolution to your concerns. If there is anything else we can do to rectify this situation, please feel free to contact me directly. We appreciate your business and hope to have another chance to provide you with excellent service in the future.
