WE TOOK IT B**K THEY TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO LOOK INTO IT. WE HAVE BEEN B**K AND FORTH WITH THEM AND THE ** IS STILL NOT FIXED. THEY ARE TELLING US THAT ITS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE BUT THEY DONT SPECIALIZE IN ELECTRICAL ISSUES. WHAT THEY ARE TELLING US NOW MAKES NO SENSE. WE HAVE TAKEN IT TO TWO DIFFERENT PL**ES AND IT ALL COMES B**K TO THE COMPRESSOR AND CONDENSER. WE TRIED TO BE CORDIAL WITH THE ***** INSTEAD HE TOLD US TO DO WHAT WE HAD TO DO, HE HAS LAWYERS. ITS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY AND THE ** WAS NOT FIXED. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY B**K SO I CAN TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET MY ** FIXED.

    ********************** came into our shop with a request for an A/C service in May of this year.

    We ordered an A/C kit and installed it. The A/C was working when the vehicle left here..

    ********************** came back in in August of this year stating that the  A/C quit working. He brought the vehicle back.

    We again checked the A/C and told him that it was an "electrical Issue", we told ********************** that we do not do electrical work.

    ********************** took it to theHonda Dealer and was told that it was the "Expansion Block"

    We ordered and replaced the "Expansion Block" which did not fix the issue. We told him again that it was an "electrical issue and that we do not do electrical work.

    ********************** took his vehicle to a few other places and someone told him that it was the "Compressor" he wanted us to warranty the "Compressor".

    So, we warrantied the "Compressor" and replaced it with a new "Compressor", which did not fix the issue.

    We told him again that it was an "Electrical Issue" and we do not do electrical work.

    ***** the owner did speak to **********************.

    When ********************** threatened that he would call his credit card company and file a complaint the BBB ***** told him in a nice way that is what we have Lawyers for.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    when we picked up the car, the ** was NOT WORKING.  We immediately took it back, probably no Korean than 5 mins later.. They knew it wasn't working but yet took our money. They have had our car aboy 98% of the time from May-Sept and still nothing being resolved.. They keep telling us its an electrical issue why wouldn't they tell us this from the beginning. Every time we take it to a different shop it circles back to the same issue... compressor and condenser. Which they guarantee. Its not right that this establishment can take our money and the car didn't work the minute we drove it off their lot back in May. All we asked was for our car to get fixed or reimburse us all or partial so we can take it somewhere else and get it fixed.. this whole mess is causing us financial hardship.

    They are still refusing to do the right thing.  This is NOT right.
