Transaction happened on June 30th I asked for 3 x-rays for a pre-purchase exam. ************************** wanted to take more. We told her no. She said she would take more and only charge us for 3. We thought that was very kind, and assumed it was her trying to make up for completely missing our first scheduled appointment and then being an hour late to the rescheduled appointment. We later got the **** where she charged us for 5 x-rays. We thought there was a misunderstanding so we called multiple times to clear it up, but the fixture refused to speak with us, or remove the charges. They over charged us $127. We paid it because we didn't want to deal with credit issues- but I want my money back!I confirmed with the vet that only 3 would be charged, as did my husband. I've attached the text message for the veterinarian that she read and confirmed with me.
