I moved away from this complex because I felt unsafe for both me and my boyfriend living there. We have proof of the wrongful /should be illegal if not already wrongdoings ******** ***** ***** otherwise known as baybrook village. We had no heat or ac for over a month( no heat in under 40 degree weather). Water flooded in our apartment from their poor maintenance and I have proof of mold pictures from when they never came to resolve it. We also had a kicked in door since we moved in that was NOT secure. I had neighbors harassing me for borrowing money who lived right next to me who bragged about not paying their rent. we worked hard through covid and paid bills in somewhere that was unsafe but felt we had no other option to get out. Breaking the lease was our last resort. The list could go on unfortunately. I even sent them a certified letter letting them know why I was leaving after a visit to the office where they refused to tell me who their corporate owner was! Who I still can’t get ahold of to this day. I think it is wrong for them to report me owing “5000” to my credit so I can’t find anywhere that will accept me when I was taken very advantage of. They continue to just recur charges too constantly. Please help me! I know other people must have been in similar situations here. These people are not trustworthy.
