Baby Shower on 11/5/2022 Catering Job for Total of $2,469.45 I contracted Consuela's Kitchen on 9/13 by paying a $500 Deposit towards a Baby shower catering Job for 11/5/2022. Attached is the contract showing the agreed upon menu. I paid the balance in full on 10/29/2022 as showed in the attached document. Consuela's failed to deliver to the agreed upon contract and I have reached out to her several times after the shower asking for a resolve. She initially said she was not able to deliver my Extravagant Butterfly Theme due to spacing issues in the venue. She offered me $150 refund of which I told her was not enough and that I would like 25% adjustment and refund to my full amount paid. She indicated that I missed the 2 day window to dispute (which I did not see indicated anywhere in the contract) and she will no longer issue me any refund. I have tried calling her and left a voicemail but did not receive a response. I disputed the following items in a detailed email to Consuela's Kitchen. Since she is not will to resolve and issue a refund I am filing this complaint. The list is below. 1. The display and presentation did not meet the expectations of an “Extravagant Package” as agreed to in the contract. Also, the butterfly theme was not incorporated. I only saw Butterflies on your printed menu. 2. There was no charcuterie board instead there were plastic plates with fruit. 3. The food was over cooked. See photo attached. 4. There was neither a pink or lavender drink as stated in the contract. See photo. 5. There was no meatball delight as listed in your contract (Meatball with potatoes in cup) instead there was just one pan of meatballs. And my contract stated Grilled Tuscan Chicken Pasta but you provided Cajun Chicken Pasta of which I am not able to eat Cajun food. 6. My salad did not include the items in the contract. There was no onion or vinaigrette dressing. Instead I was handed a bottle of Olive Garden dressing.
