We signed contract with Wabo roofing systems initially on 5/3/2022, then revised contract on 5/15/2022. At time of signing contract we were assured that whole roof will be replaced including all metal fixtures ( like metal roof dormer), I remember them making comments like, if these ( metal roof dormers ) are not replaced before or at time of roof shingles, roof always end up leaking from there. We were told by Wabo roofing that they will be working with our home insurance ( ***** **** ) for "supplements". After Wabo roofing communication with our insurance company, ***** **** reduced the amount they initially promised. We were told by our public adjuster ( ****** ***** ) that it happened because of Wabo Roofing's mistake of communicating with insurance company directly instead of via ****** *****. Now Wabo roofing is asking us to pay them extra $2765.36 on top of what is being paid by ***** **** for metal roof dormers. If we do not pay them this extra amount they will not replace metal dorms and will not give us warranty of any leak from there. I have seen communication between ****** ***** ( our adjuster ) and **** **** ( our home insurance ). ***** **** has provided bids from other roofing companies who are doing roof replacement in lesser amount than that of Wabo Roofing Systems. Wabo Roofing is not only holding our deductible of 10,052.98 ( since 5/3/2022 ), but also has our insurance check ( as we were told by public adjuster - ****** ***** ). We just want our roof finished in its entirety within the amount approved by our home insurance (***** ****) and with warranty to repair on any leaks as promised initially. We are not responsible for Wabo roofing mistakes of getting insurance amount adjusted, as it will effect us even if we go with some other roofing contractor.Business response

We will honor our contract with you (which you attached) that shows WABO will do "all roof work and gutter work per insurance scope" for the $77,921.37.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Mr. ****** would please clarify and confirm that Wabo Roofing Systems will replace metal dormers and/or provide adequate warranty of their work in those areas of roof. Please also confirm that Wabo Roofing Systems will pay ****** ***** Specialist Services LLC ( $4994.90 ) fees, as Wabo Roofing Systems has promised, but is not included in this contract. I have attached ** ******* ***** email for reminder.
