            Auto Facelifts was supposed to do the leather interior of my Tundra (Future show truck)!! They brought it back with dents in the corner of the cab and corner of the bed. It is going on the third week now and they have never told me what happened, no compensation, and I believe they have drug their feet getting the insurance person out there. I mean seriously if I ran a business I would be all over my insurance company telling them “look we damaged this truck and we need you to get out there so they can repair the dents just as quick as you can” NOPE this place is not like this!!! They told me on more than one occasion they would take extra special care of my truck but they did not do so!! Auto Facelifts let my truck get damaged and it has been sitting at the dealer since November 17th and I was told the dealer is hoping to hear from the insurance on the 29th!!! Seriously!!! I mean they can write quotes while they sit in their vehicles which should have been done on the 23rd or 24th but not this bunch!! I have not received any phone calls, no apology, no compensation, nothing!! I still do not know what happened. I really do not care at this point I just want my truck repaired back to new or better and that is it!! I have never dealt with a business like this and I hope I never have to again. I would not take a vehicle that you care about to Auto Facelifts!! If you do not care about your vehicle then this is the place because you might get it back wrecked!!! Stay Clear of Auto Facelifts on HWY 3!!!!
