      Claim for $3,029 was made due to a lost package that was clearly lost and never delivered per the *** document that was sent and a *** letter sent that the package was never located. Package was scanned in for shipment by ***. A claim was made due to it never being delivered. **** (husband of *****) requested a refund in which I told the a claim had to be made for it so he still hasnt been issued a refund as of yet for this lost package. I paid for the shipping insurance due to the value of this package. This was purchased for my challenger but not used due to me being told it would void my warranty. ************************* was a roommate I use to live with and no longer have contact with due to her stealing my car. Churchs Sales was just a random name I made up to me selling merchandise. It required me put in a company name when I made the account.

      I purchased an item from a seller on Etsy who is using this shipping service, and it was supposed to be delivered today! It is stuck in Middletown when it should already be in ****************, **! The tracking number is 1Z435506YT37101275! SHAME ON YOU for not getting this delivered on time! I hear you are NOTORIOUS for not delivering on time!

While we understand the frustration when packages are not delivered when expected, we would like to clarify what ShippingEasy does for our merchants. ShippingEasy is a software platform that individuals use who sell things online. We do not physically ship or deliver the packages, we are an order management and label creation platform using various carriers. This specific shipment was sent with **** While we wish we could help with this specific shipment and delivery, that is unfortunately outside the scope of what we're able to provide. 

      In order to resolve your issue, we would recommend the following:

      1.     You can reach out to the Etsy seller that it was originally purchased from. They would be able to offer more context or work toward a resolution.

      This is an old complaint.  I since got my item a long time ago.  So everything is fine.  It got here.  I can't even quite remember what it was now ;-P

      ShippingEasy owes me thousands of dollars in Priority Mail Express postage refunds. Refund requests were submitted up to **** weeks ago and despite multiple attempts to check the status of the refund, ShippingEasy keeps saying the checks are on their way but they never arrive. ShippingEasy's asinine new refund request process is a waste of time and has resulted in a 100% error rate year-to-date. Out of over 100 refunds submitted in the last 8 months, not a single claim has been paid on time, and most have not been paid at all. ShippingEasy is now holding hostage $2,434.81 in refunds without any explanation despite recently raising my monthly service fees. REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.
