Signed a contract with this company to make sales/lead generation calls to potential buyers and sellers on my behalf in regards to *********** for $1500/month. During the time period of 1+ years I had only 1 lead close. In June of 2021 my bills increased to $1750 without any written consent or notice. On October 19, 2021 I emailed and requested an immediate cancellation of the account and to no longer proceed with any further calls due to multiple complaints from followup calls with leads stating that the callers wouldn't introduce themselves, continuously called back after being asked to be taken off the call list, would hang up on the lead if they started asking questions etc. Horrible level of unprofessionalism. It was confirmed on Oct 19, 2021 that my account was set for immediate cancellation. Now Im receiving calls that they continued to **** me for the remainder of October and November 2021 and now have sent those unpaid bills to collections. AND to top it all of, although this contract was signed by me personally, they have now sent copies of my contract (which includes my PERSONAL credit card info including address, CVV, expiration etc) to my previously *********** company (Atomic Properties, who they were calling and representing at the time of their call service) which is an absolute violation of privacy!
