Don't Bother living here if your Black American and really having a hard time!I lost my job,I lost my car and now I'm about to lose my house. Those women in the office are Prejudice and will not help you! I went to the office and told them I had lost my job! I no longer work.They put notes on the door and tell you to come to the office and talk about your situation when you already talk to them...now that I'm evicted they won't help me when they already been told about my situation. I turn in a form for an income decrease but they throwed it away.i haven't work in 2 months been looking for a job! I live here at pecan wood for a whole year and they never fix my leaking faucet. They were leaking when I first moved in. My house was not livable to move in. The walls wasn't painted, the faucets were leaking, holds in the wall,floor was damaged. I was told the maintenance man would come to repair it, but he never fixed my bathroom faucet, it leak the whole time I've live here. I had to wash my hands in the bathtub shower every time. The people in the office are prejudice. Not only I they haven't fixed anything. Its several more black people home they haven't taken care of too. This apartment complex is prejudice. The office ladies will not take care of the black residents.If you want something fix or done around your apartment you Betta do it yourself I work contract work and they didn't honor that I have my on business. I have to take out for business expenses every pay check to run my business properly! So I had to pay full price which was hard to do.. Don't live here if you don't have to.Find you another place to stay. The office ladies are prejudice they will not help you. They will say there's nothing we can do to help. When this is a low income apartments.. I repeat. Don't live here. You will be sorry if you did! It's not like I don't want to pay my rent.. I don't have a job and been looking for one.. these ladies will not help you! You have been warned.
