Contract signed on July 28, 2023, and 50% fee paid for 16 windows to be installed Sept 2023. Windows were not inst. until 12/4/23. One window was broken during inst. and another was inst. even though installer said that it was broken when he inst. it. I refused to pay remaining 50% as I considered this job incomplete. Promise was made by inst. that these 2 windows would be replaced in Jan. 2024. Windows were left uncleaned with lots of guey residue, etc. Window cleaners came on Dec 8 and spotted flaws in 2 windows (crooked grid & bubble between panes) & a slash in screen. On Dec 13, 2023 I called WW, told Head Installer about these flaws. He said they would be looked at when 2 broken windows were replaced. (Why not now, so all could be replaced at same time?) Jan 2024 goes by without any word from WW. I called on Feb 12 and was told that 2 new windows had come in; both were broken and had to be reordered, (Why wasn't I contacted?) Friday, Feb 23, 2024, installers replaced broken windows and took pics of flawed windows. Again, I refused to pay as job is still incomplete, However, I had signed the *************** contract.Installer said that is why I had warranty, but by now I did not trust this company to complete anything. The owner called me and was irate and very rude. When I asked why he was yelling, he stated "I am yelling because you won't pay me". When I asked for name/number of his lawyer, he gave name but not no. I did seek the advice of my lawyer, who wrote "this contract is beyond one-sided" favored toward the seller. Monday, Feb. 26, my son took the final payment of $5,479 to WW office.The 2 remaining flawed windows were replaced on Apr 15, 2024.This ordeal started in July 2023; completed in Apr 2024 for 16 windows. 9 months, $11,498.Apr 23, 2024, I sent a letter to CEO of WW in **, but never received response.I would never recommend this company. Lack of comm., promises broken; length! Many details spared.***************************

In response to your complaint, we are sorry you are still unhappy about something that has been completed for months. At the time of install, there were WARRANTY items that needed to be addressed, and they were. The install was complete according to the agreement you signed. Even after we explained that, you continued to refuse to follow protocol and be difficult and we continued in our committment to your project regardless of being paid on time.You received the replacement parts, as promised - we however, NEVER guaranteed an install date or a service date. That's impossible to do in our industry based on manufacturing, shipping and last but not least, weather delays. We apologize if you felt the owner was "yelling" at you, we were simply stating the facts, sternly only to find you continually going against policy and protocol throughout this process. We are thankful we were able to get the final payment and the windows completed for you and we can only hope that you will continue to enjoy them for many years to come.

I've been trying for 6 months now to get them to come out and give me an estimate for windows. They informed me that I needed to take pictures of my house and send them to them and I done just that. They have done 2 houses for me previously and the workers were courteous but the owner Todd **** this time was anything but. One house they done for me had 2 windows more and the other had 3 windows more. Their price was more than twice what it was on either one of the other houses. Finally Todd **** gets on the phone and is overly obnoxious and informs me that the price is 10k for 8 windows and it was going up 35% the first of the year. Hmmm I believe their advertisements say 10 windows for 4K . At this point with a smart *** tone he tells me I'll still be here in 10 years and hangs up the phone on me. NOT MUCH OF A BUSINESS MAN. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never again will I recommend this company.

First and foremost, we tried every avenue to help assist Mr. ******** but he was not interested in what we had to offer. He first contacted us on September 2, 2021. We replied that same day asking for photos of the exterior of his home so we could give him a virtual quote before having the owner call him to discuss a time to go out and meet. We did not receive photos from Mr. ******* until September 29, 2021. We sent him a quote the same day we received his photos, to which he began to insult us in telling us "You have lost your minds" as a response to our quote. We also went on to explain that we had no record of EVER having done business with him before. He said the price blew him away, so the owner attempted to follow up with him the following day to discuss his quote. When we did not hear from him for an extended period, we assumed he was not interested in doing business with us. When he called Friday, November 5th we attempted to discuss the issues with him further and he continued to complain instead of working toward a resolution to getting his order placed. He kept stating repeatedly how much he refers people to our business, and we replied how much we appreciated that. When he did not get a cheaper price from us, he then began threatening to tell people not to use us which is when we decided enough was enough and this would not be a productive business venture for either party. We do not wish to do business with Mr. ******* as his lies do not sit well with us. The fact that someone who is not even our customer can come on our BBB page and make such a terrible review is unfortunate. We wish him the best in his project and hope he finds the help he is searching for.
