    Please see email sent to Eagle Auto Body to stop harassment and threats of lien on my vehicle. I have tried to explain to John Shoemaker that he is misinterpreting the information but he will not listen to me. I don't mind paying what I owe but he is demanding payment for work not completed. I don't know what to do. I had hail damage and brought two vehicles to Eagle Auto Body. When I picked them up, I paid what I owed but noticed damage was not repaired on one vehicle. They asked to examine it and they said they would schedule a time to fix it. Unknown to me, they submitted another insurance claim but the damage was covered on the first claim. Four months later I am contacted saying I didn't pay my bill. I tried to tell the manager that I paid everything I was told to pay. I even had to come in a second time because the bill was wrong. I spent about 20 minutes with the office clerk making sure the bill was correct. She assured me it was. I have been going over the numbers and couldn't find the error that matched what the general manager was asking for. Finally, I realized he was asking for payment for the overlooked damage. This is what I tried to tell him and then out of the blue he send a letter demanding payment or a lien will be place on my vehicle and it will be repossessed. I sent an email saying I will pay the $800 the office clerk missed but he is demanding almost $1900 which is fraudulent. He even admits he has the parts for the repair but is demanding I pay for the parts that are not installed and for work that was not completed. All pertinent supporting documents are attached. I want the business to stop harassing me and adjust their bill for work that was never completed.
