My vehicle has been at this mechanic shop since the beginning of November. First is was a issue with my insurance and this business connecting and agreeing on a settlement on payment. Payment from my insurance company was finally made on Dec 14th. The mechanic told me that they needed to find and order the engine for my vehicle and it could take 2 weeks before they were able to start on my vehicle. I called them on the 30th of December and was told that they had finally received the engine and would start on it the following week. I called again on January 6th and was told a different story, that they had not in-fact got the engine in yet. However after I explained the previous call the week before, he then checked and said they had actually got the engine but would not be starting it until the next week. I called again today, Jan 12 and was told they were still working on it and that it could be Friday or more than likely next week! Every time I've called this mechanic I have received a different story... from the person I need to talk to is on lunch and would call me back, and never did and the next day I call again and that person is off for the day to now they are telling me that due to Covid that don't have mechanics to work on it. I feel that they have been putting me off and I haven't had my vehicle for over 2 months! I'm frustrated and at my wits end. That is the reason for this report.
