We are a Cafe - Trolley Stop Cafe, we have the Coke fountain dispenser provided by Coke - their equipment malfunctioned - the hose pipe connecting water connection to their motor came apart flooding our Cafe, adjacent cafe, the rental spaces below our cafe due to waterlogging and the landlord stores, causing additional damages.This was due to Coke initial defective installation of the hose pipe.Their technician came and confirmed the clamps came off that resulted in water flooding, and that this is a reoccuring issue with their equipment.We have all this on video - He then replaced the clamp and hose. We have filed report with Coke Corporate - Ticket No is XXXXXXXX.We were told Coco cola Southwest which is local distributor - their management would contact us and send representative to investigate. We have not heard from anyone its been a week. When we call local coco cola southwest they refer us to the Sales Rep Russell C*****, who in turn keeps referring us back to Coke. Shocking to see a huge company like Coke treats its customers like this. We need to file our claim for damages which are mounting daily. We need senior management to contact us - their insurance needs to cover all the damages incurred. We have videos of how defective their initial installation was and the rectification that their technician did.
