I have a cat on hold at this place. I've been trying to get in contact with someone for MONTHS. I've paid nearly $500, still have no cat and no refund, and no response. I had been ill then remodeling the house, I asked her to hold him until I was sure he could not escape. I get a surprise email saying he is being shipped and I owe $xx immediately. I responded saying I was not ready. Since then, I've had no response to repeated contact attempts. What is going on???Review from Brianna G

Disgusting how these people operate! Serena runs the organization and threatened once to take my kitten back because I was a day late on a payment. I was all paid by 9/8/21 and to my surprise, a charge of $1,048 comes out of my account a few weeks ago! The kitten was extremely ill as he arrived in a commercial van with no crate, water, or food. He couldn't use the litter box for almost a week and I wasn't sure if he would make it since he was so frail. DO NOT BUY FROM RAG KITTENS US!Review from Judi D

I beg you to never use this company. I bought a kitten I pay $3475 to have the flu and down to me. They never did fly the kitten down they charged me $475 to drive her down. Right now I don't even know where she is in the world all I know she left Texas last Thursday and I live in Florida. I cannot get the company to contact me they told me on the day that she departed that I wouldn't see her until about the 26th or 28th of November God knows what is going on I'm heartbroken please do not use this company they are not a reputable company they lost their credit card affiliation two weeks ago
