    I booked this hotel through ********* for $60.97 on March 12, 2022, upon arriving and checking in I was told they needed a $25 deposit in which I paid in cash. I was told I would be given my deposit back upon checking out. Once I checked out I was not given my $25 and I forgot to ask them to give it back which I shouldn't of had to. Upon returning to ************* Texas the next weekend I contacted the hotel to let them know that they did not return my deposit and they told me too bad it was gone in those exact words. Then I asked where was the policy that stated if I didn't get my deposit on the day of checking out that I would not receive it. He told me if I didn't like it do what I had to do and he doesn't care, so now I am. My money was taken from me and I was disrespected utterly simply for asking questions in a very professional and calm tone. I will not be returning to this hotel and I will be on every single website and blog letting people know not to give their money to this business . Please Better Business Bureau please make this known and help me to receive my money back thank you so much.

    First of all why am I even writing this on your site.I was under the impression the BBB could help. Anyway why is this place allowed to operate, The Indian gentleman who operates the place was beyond rude, not only did he use foul language he proceeded to retrieve a Billy club cause I did not move my vehicle fast enough. This complaint needs to be followed up on, because I'm far from finished with him.
