My House burnt down on July 9th leaving Myself and 3 others homeless. I rented a Motel room for a period of 5 days July 9th to July 14 for the Sum of $347. On July 10th my Insurance provider State Farm had ASE Solutions contact me, they handle the hotels and permanent housing for State Farm Claimants. They contacted Quality inn regarding taking over the billing of the room. Quality Inn agreed to Refund the money I paid back to my account then *** made the payment to them. On July 12th Quality Inn tried to Charge my Card for the Sum of $147, I have no idea what this charge is for, none of their desk employees know and the Woman Manager there is very rude and refuses to explain anything. They attempted to steal my $100 Cash deposit claiming we were smoking in the room, they claimed to have smelled it, I attempted to explain to this woman manager that my house had just burnt down and literally everything I tried to salvage smells really bad like smoke, she refused to listen to me so I requested to speak to the owner who supposedly smelled the odor, she told me he only comes in on certain days, i then request she leave my money for him at which point she told me No and cussed at me. I then ask about the $347 I was supposed to have refunded, she tells me I already got my deposit back that was all I was getting, night shift refunded the deposit because the room clearly wasn't smoked in. They have stolen my money. They were paid in full for the room by ***, they have no right to charge anything to the card.

My husband and I booked a room with this establishment and upon arrival there was no hot water in our room. So we return down stairs to resolve this issue and we're charged to move to a different room because obviously hot water is not part of they're every room essentials.

I stayed at Quality Inn and while there, the hotel sign came down and completely shattered my passenger back window. The hotel will not replace my window
