$400.00 for a can of freon. Will not be seeing any business from me again or anyone i can tell.

It's pretty bad that you have to pay for a service call and the mechanic spends his time playing with his scanners for a little over an hour, during that time he finds out that he needs a different scanner, then after getting that scanner he finds out it would not connect to the internet. He than told me to take it to the shop. Which I paid ****** dollars for a service call and they didn't ever connect to a scanner. They did no service for the ******. I was told to leave the ********* would fix it. The next morning they told me that I needed to take it a dealer. I went to pick it and noticed the bottom mirror was broken. The manager said they not responsible for any damage. The damage could only happen if someone had opened the door really wide & hard getting in or out. They had checked my motorhome out that morning to tell me my motorhome had to go to the dealership. There was nothing missing out of the rv, you could see the mirror glass on the door where it hit. I don't usually write a comment but they deserve bad one. For the $******, broken mirror, messed up door and my time (also getting upset) it's not even worth ONE STAR. But I will say the lady at the counter was nice.

Marked up the cost of an alternator by over 300%. Should have advised us do we could make a choice not to use them.

This shop/road service (JC Mobile Mechanics) is the worst shop that I've ever done business with in my almost 23 years of trucking. They are a rip-off shop that i'd advise anyone to stay far far etc. away from unless you like being screwed over. I was hit with a $4398 bill for a road service to replace an air drier on my engine air compressor and the main line on my engine air compressor. They took like 2 hours to show up only 40 miles away. Took about 35 minutes to diagnose the wrong issue at first when they told me it was my air drier. The closet place that had the drier was Volvo in Ft. Worth Texas. They dispatcher Melissa told me i would be charged $1.50 per mile for 90 miles there and 90 miles back. The mechanic took from like 5:40 pm until 11:45 pm that night to go and come back but while waiting i called back and talked to dispatcher(Melissa) again to tell her he still hadn't made it back to my driver and she assured me i'd only be charged for the miles and not hours he wasted only to be charged anyways. He got back put drier on(only took about 15 minutes ) it still wasn't fixed. So he checked around some more only to find that it was the main line from the engine air compressor that had a hole in it but claimed that my drier was still bad too because he knew he had me to buy the wrong part to fix the problem in the beginning. So at this point it was too late for him to get a line made and told me he would be back in the morning with new line which he did. This fixed the problem but ended up sticking me with a $4398 bill. They ended up charging me like 19 hours of labor at $150 (total labor cost of $2850) & like 600 miles at $1.50 per mile. Then at first they was price gouging me on the air drier. They paid $330 for the drier at Volvo but was charging me $1051 for the part which is well over 3 times the actual price and there wasn't no core charge because they took my drier with them for the exchange. So after i called them out on the price telling them i know the actual price was $330 because i had volvo to send me over a quote on the air drier cost they decided to charge me $667(doubled the actual cost still). I don't feel that this company should be a part of the BBB because eventually companies like them being apart of the BBB will make people start to feel that the BBB is not a reptuable acknowledgement to feel safe in seeing beside a business name. I will be seeking an attorney about this and going from there. I wanted to attach a copy of the rip-off bill along with the quote from Volvo on the actual cost of the drier before they gouged the price but i didn't see an option for it.

Big truck broke down, young man come out and removed turbo plus cut a wire from wiring harness for some reason and left to go get parts and 5 hours later, after 11pm, he come back. While he was working on it he broke another part and left around 3am. Tried to say we had to pay for what he broke plus the mileage. He never come back. It was in triple digits. Ended up having to call for a tow so we can get it fixed. They just left us, didn't offer to take us anywhere like a hotel or anything. His daddy finally called after noon but we were being towed elsewhere. We have been told so much but the biggest is they are con artist and the young man indicated the bill would be well over $2,000. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Not even for a flat tire!!
