I purchased 2 parts for my 2005 ******** on May 16, 2022. I was promised the parts would be shipped in 3 days received by 10. I didn't get the parts so I called several times and they finally delivered one of the two parts the was broken but could be repaired. They did ney deliver the rear defrost dash panel. I called several times and was promised over and over they would deliver. The last time I called, they promised a call back within 24 hours. I never received the call and their phone is out of order. The parts person gave me her phone number of ************ and will not take voice mail or answer. They owe me over $80.00 paid. I did not get a receipt from them but, I can provide proof of the charges. I have an email which they requested my driver's license and promised on the phone to return the receipt. This company is a scammer. I would like my money back.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get ahold of Emole ***** - the owner of AKU Auto Parts & Recycling. We have been playing phone tag for over 3 weeks now. He took money out of our bank account. I needed a gas tank for a 1998 *************** that he claimed he had to sell. This was more than 2 weeks ago. He sent me a credit card authorization form we filled out to purchase the tank. I explained to him and his other 2 employees numerous times that we really NEED this tank. No problem ma'am it will go out. It was New Year's Eve week. Freight ships daily - it does not stop. His employees and him claim that no one picked up the freight due to the holiday. He claimed that had been taken to the local freight company to be sent to******** AZ. Said AAA Cooper was where they took it. NOPE. I have called this trucking company numerous times to find out an eta. NO tank scheduled for pick up or delivery. I want what I paid for. Someone needs to do something about this. Never returns calls when stating will do so. NO RETURN CALLS. Very frustrating. Poor customer service. Calling every day 3-5 times a day. NO voice mail set up, YET if you call after they close - Oh wow voice mail. This is very frustrating. I am tired of waiting around for an answer. Does not return emails either. Here is the resolution I want -- the tank in good condition with everything that is required to be on it as he promised and my money back. I take time out of my day to call to find out the status and no luck. My husband has called as well. NO ANSWER. I don't understand how businesses can get away with treating customers badly and no remorse. Its not like there are gas tanks on every corner - had to have one from a salvage yard. He stated had 4 in his yard. It was on a pallet ready to be shipped. Never did give receipt, tracking number, shipping company name. I called numerous shipping companies near him. No luck. I want an answer to WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TANK BUT TOOK MY MONEY.
