On January 2nd and 3rd 2024 Mr. ***************************** brought his team to trim 5 trees and cut down and remove a 6th tree. I came home for lunch and ****************** informed me they would need to take down two more trees because of termites. He informed me they were a danger to our home if left in place. Mister ******* told me he would trim our trees for $135/each, remove the largest tree for $2500, remove the second tree for $1500 and trim the third tree down to a safe point for $650. He said hed spray all trees for $150/each. Before I paid him I told him the amount he was charging was very steep and he told me hed eat the taxes and Id only pay the square card charge.I had to get a loan from the bank so I could pay for the charges.*** asked ***************** on two different occasions, Friday January 5th and Thursday February 1st for an itemized invoice because the amount I paid for his services doesnt add up to the different quotes he gave me on January 2nd and 3rd.Business response

Date of transaction: 08/17/22 Paid: $1439.72 ************ came out, trimmed a tree, put anti-termite spray in the tree and around the property and was suppose to come back and trim another limb and recheck the property for signs of termites returning. He was to check on 11/17/22. And after calling the company, past the return date, (because I didn't hear from them), they came back and scheduled another date for a recheck, (routine check) in March. At that time, they did not trim the other limb. March 2023 came and went, I called them in April, the owner said, (or the person who answers the phone *************), said he has been busy and will look over his books and get back with me. To date, I have not gotten a call back and no one has come by. I am just trying to get them to do what they said they would do.
