      I signed a contract with ***************************** and Lone Star to build a Cobra kit car in late January 2020. At their request, I paid them a 50% deposit. Over the last 4 years I have repeatedly ask ********* for status updates and to finish the car and deliver it, or return the deposit. One excuse after another and after four years Lone Star has refused to refund the monies or deliver the car. I have been more than patient. I would not recommend working with this business as they fail to perform to their contracts and have breached the contract with us. these are not honorable people and either do not know how to fulfill their contractual obligations, or had no intent of doing so in the first place. I'm leaving a one star rating, simply because a 0 STAR rating isn't possible on the website. *****, REFUND THE MONEY! 4 years is long enough

      First & Foremost the owner of said company Ernie is a Predacious business owner. He calls his potential clients Yankees very nice Sir. Secondly is the fact that they have vehicles listed on their website that already have been sold. You go thru a process to search for a vehicle you are interested in and fill online inquires then come to find out it's Sold. You then receive a text message sorry that vehicle is sold. It is 2022 get with the times and put a sold or pending logo on the add so our valuable time isn't wasted. Owner states the vehicle was sold 45 minutes after hitting the webpage ok take it down. I inquire 4 days later its still on the web no sold or pending flag I'm ready to buy. After several texts back and forth & yes I was in the wrong with one of my texts simply saying take the ******* off the website so we as consumers do not waste time looking for something that doesn't exist. The owner of this company is very rude.

      We at Lone Star Muscle Cars take pride in the business that we do. We also understand you cannot make everyone happy but, in this case, this person was upset because he did not get his way. When Mr. ******* first called in, he was told that we had a deposit on the unit he was looking at. He was informed that if the deal did not go through, he would be first on the list to be called to see if he was still interested. It is our company's policy to leave a car on our website till it is paid for as most car dealers do. Mr. ******* was comminating thru company email with my wife he was upset and started to inform my wife how to run our business she let him know again that the car had a deposit on it, and we were waiting on funding at this point Mr. ******* started to use vulgar language in his email as stated in his commit above. Mr. ******* kept saying I have cash in hand and ready to buy several times but if a deposit is on a car, it has a hold. At no time did we have a contract with Mr. ******* we had not even agreed on a final sale price for the car. After Mr. ******* used vulgar language towards my wife and yes, he knew he was communicating with a woman. I called Mr. ******* myself the second word from him over the phone was I have cash and ready to buy. I started to explain our process he did not want to hear that I then told him that it was inappropriate to use foul language towards my wife he informed me to go F myself. Yes, I will defend my wife and our employees from bullies. At this time Mr. ******* put a negative review on Google within two hours Google removed the review due to the fact of his language and conduct. He reposted his Google Review and now has put one out to the BBB. What is sad that Mr. ******* is in the car business in the Austin area, so he knows the process. Just like any other car dealer if you have a deposit on a car, it is on hold. Mr. ******* says I am rude that is ok I don't cuss at women and tell people how to run their business. It is our company's policy to help everyone to the best of our ability. In the twelve years we have been selling classic cars this is the first time this has happened. We put potential customers on a list if they are looking for a certain car we don't have in stock. I do hope Mr. ******* finds his dream car just not with us.

      Lets start by correcting your spelling issues. My last name is *******. Secondly you lye an it's disgusting. Yes I used one word of vulgarity and that was not directed to any individual. You also forgot to mention the sarcastic text message your Wife sent .It was simply used in a statement to take sold vehicles of your website so others do not waste their valuable time and resources. As far as Google they never toke anything down it still remains the same just some additions. You also have reviews that are negative via Yelp, Google & etc. Bully far from that just an regular guy looking to spend some money. Good Day
