Run away as fast as you can! Holiday World of Willis TX is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They overcharge you for terrible repairs and service. They refuse to provide any customer service. I spent nearly $2000 at Holiday World Willis TX have my travel trailer roof "cleaned and sealed" and to have my slide cables "lubricated". They made an absolute mess of my trailer then they just argue with you and "pass you up the food chain" until you just give up. See my **** review for the after pictures. Absolutely horrible. I will have to redo everything they did to my RV. Do not take your RV here for service. As one review says, "Run, don't walk" away from Holiday World Willis TX. Service advisor doesn't care, passes you to service manager in training who in turn passes you to service manager Tristin Peay who then passes you "up the food chain". First names only, no job titles. They don't know the owner's name! Yeah right. Be warned! This service department does the worst work I've ever seen and I'm 68 years old! RUN!!

Awful place. Liars liars liars. Bought a used motorhome and drove 10 miles and broke down. A man at the shop told us to take it to Houston to get it looked at. He then explained what was wrong and the lights quit flashing and it seem to solve the problem. Drove 200 miles same problem. Did again what he said to do the last time. Got to drive another 800 miles broke down and finally made it home. It was in the shop for two months. Holiday world paid for $7800 and we had to pay the other 8000. When we got home, 1400 miles later, left to go back to Texas. They said they change the oil and fuel filters. we didn’t make it 14 miles and had to hire a mechanic. He said he’s never seen a fuel filter as dirty as these were He could literally see filth from the top down on the filter. If they had changed them there would be evidence of the surrounding area being wiped clean. But they told us they had changed all the filters. Lied. unfortunately, we didn’t look deep enough into the engine area because that was also filthy. Filthy doesn’t even describe how awful ii is. They said they would fix the carpet and part of the wall in the bathroom and a drawer was falling off they didn’t do a thing and we couldn’t stay any longer. There was nothing we could do about it once we left the shop because we had a 1200 trip to make the next morning with three vehicles following behind. The only thing they would agree to do was pay the $7800 bill. If you buy used from this place you might as well figure out headaches to come. You know the saying, biggest mistake of my life? We are living ours. Only reason I’m leaving a star is because I have to I wish I could fill them all in red.

Terrible people to deal with; Liars and Thieves ! Stole my manual hitch jack ! Drilled long screws through closet ! Didn’t complete main job I brought it there for ; left with more problems than I came with ! Go anywhere else! Not these people!!!!
