            U pack did not have my reservation ‘on the board’ on the morning of supposed drop off. They sent the company Old Dominion with a trailer. The workers for old dominion were courteous and helpful. Although a lot of our furniture and goods were damaged, we understood that from the truck movement. What we didn’t expect was for some of our boxes to me missing!! Old dominion driver had shown me a white cable tie when they collected our goods, yet a red cable tie was on the boards when the trailer arrived at our destination. Random boxes were not there after we started unpacking and large boot footprints were found on a dresser- we know for sure this was not from us as everyone removed shoes when packing the back of the trailer. Some things we have noticed missing are some kitchen ware, a box of paperwork and Apple Watch, charger (same box). This shows me that random boxes were taken from near the back if the trailer. We can see that random boxes were picked and taken as it was thought we would not notice. Poor show. To not be on their schedule (when I had reserved almost 2 weeks early to reserve) to our personal goods being missing, this has made our move more stressful.
