I have entrusted dent satisfaction in care of repairing my 2019 Silverado. Dent satisfaction has failed miserably in resolving the hail damage in its entirety across the damage that was completely paid in full by my insurance provider, Allstate. I have lengthy texts with **********************) describing parts that were said to have been ordered and were not. Hail damage to my truck was poorly handled and the damage is plainly seen in the sunlight. I set an appointment with ****** today at 4pm, only to be harassed and threatened with bodily harm by the field techs who came running outside while me and ****** and the ********** tech were discussing the unfinished work on my truck. I was surrounded by 5 individuals who all worked for dent satisfaction. I left and attempted to call their headquarters, only to be sent to another sales guy who promised a call from the owner, *********************** ************. I am besides myself trying to figure out why that group chose violence versus finishing repairs on my truck, as they were compensated months ago for work not performed, performed with less than professional skill sets. I would implore this business to complete the work they were paid to perform on my truck, as payment has already been issued by Allstate, months ago. The disheartening attitudes of the field technicians is less than appreciated, and the bodily harm they promised on me is less than welcome. All because I questioned their ability and skillset, or lack there of, in repairing professionally and correctly, hail damage utilizing a process they tout on their website as being 100% guaranteed.Business response

We do not condone this behavior from our employees or contractors, however, the customer was irate on a phone call and then showed up to the shop demanding and cursing at our team. What happens after that is his own problem.
Files wont upload because theyre too large but I have photos of the receipts for the parts ordered. We have been waiting since July on the parts from the dealership. With the ** strike, we cannot provide an eta for the parts. We can reimburse the customer for the amount of the parts we are waiting on and let him know to come back whenever they are available.
The dent work is done, there are a few spots we can rework to bring him satisfaction. The bedsides on newer model Chevys and Dodges have factory wave/orange peel that is not hail damage related. There is also an unrelated dent on his bedside that he wants fixed but it is not a hail dent. We can work this sent to satisfy the customer but it wont be a guaranteed repair as it will be a courtesy.
We will even provide a loaner vehicle from Enterprise for the time it takes to correct any issues for the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: This is an unprofessional business with extremely low skill set, with technicians who are disorderly and have attitudes. This business has absolutely no customer service and they do not state the truth and lie about ordering parts and the status of said parts. The lack of skill set and lack of professionalism is dictated in the word document that is added to this response. I wouldn't send my worst enemies vehicle to this establishment. This group of people are disrespectful and steal money from insurance companies and the customer is left with a substandard product. I am besides myself and disheartened at the efforts made from these guys who call themselves technicians but can't spell pdr much less utilize the advanced processes of this discipline to repair hail damaged cars and trucks. If you love your car/truck, DO NOT take it to this shoddy business, you will NOT be happy with the outcome. They will send numerous addendums to your insurance company asking for more money, and "repair" your property with the lowest of skill set leaving the most disgusting product for you take home. If you do not call them, they will not call you. For myself, there was $10,600 some odd dollars worth of addendums filed and my insurance company accepted their lies and sent them this money. Two sets of parts were never ordered and blamed a "strike" that just started last week on parts that should have been ordered in July, when my insurance company authorized the repair and sent them money to order these parts. I am left with a less than desirable outcome on the outside of my truck, with hail damage still quite apparent on multiple spots of my truck, and damage left to the trim of the inside leaving the inside trim hanging and bouncing and making noises. A hood was never ordered and installed and chrome trim on my high end truck was never ordered or installed. This business, if you can call them that, performed about $2000 worth of shoddy pdr work and pocketed the other $8000. No hood, no chrome trim, left with damaged paint and scuff marks from their equipment. There was also blue goop left all over the driver side of my truck in various spots, they couldn't even take this "glue" off. Completely despicable and disheartening company. I have enclosed pics of the damage that was not "repaired" and the blue goop left on my truck. Warning to all, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY. They will rip you off too and leave you with a catastrophe of a product. The text messages are also enclosed. The 100% guarantee on their website is more like 95%, I know I am one person, but can you imagine the ones that did not complain? ***** will besiege the techs, salesman and the company owner *********************** for allowing this catastrophe to be their end product to any consumer.Business response

We have told this customer we can handle any issues. We have receipts for the parts ordered. Only thing that wasnt ordered was the hood as we converted the hood to PDR to keep the original manufacturer hood on this vehicle. The side dent he is referring to is not a hail dent as it has a sharp line unlike hail dents, however, ************** said he would repair it as a courtesy. We have repaired several hundreds of vehicles and have very few issues or complaints. It is not normal character for our employees or contractors to get an attitude but when you show up cursing and yelling, what do you expect? Honestly, not sure what we are supposed to do to make this customer happy. We are still waiting on the moldings he is talking about and we can replace the hood if thats what he wants. We are at the mercy of the current strike before we will be able to get any of these parts but the moldings have a July date on the receipt with his last name as the ** on the receipt. Our technicians at this location have 20+ years of experience and the lead technician is highly recruited by companies all over the US. You just cant make some people happy, and we arent too worried about his opinion. Either come be and adult and get your issues corrected or quit crying and move on. We offer courtesy loaner cars for the time of the warranty repairs as well.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: This would be the ideal platform to post the scanned copies of the order acknowledgments from the subpar business referencing they ordered the parts for my truck. There has been zero effort from this subpar business to produce the paperwork of when these parts were ordered and from where. I invite this less than professional business to acknowledge this request and produce this paperwork. I have attached in previous correspondence to the BBB copies of the Allstate addendums of what should have been ordered and installed and the labor hours for my truck. I have also attached in previous correspondence to the BBB a power point of the non repaired hail damage to my truck that was paid in full by check to this sub par business for less than satisfactory work performed by un skilled labor at this poor workmanship shop. There is over $2000 worth of parts that were added to the addendum to Allstate asking for more money from my insurance company, none of which was bought or ordered. There were two additional addendums, this company just kept adding more damage and parts to the addendum, none of which was ordered or installed to my truck.
