I had Roof Master replace my roof in 2019 and it was great and reasonable. I just had them quote my roof and they wouldnt do it without my papers. The first time a man came out and gave me a quote and inspected it. Now no one even inspected it and just wanted to know how much insurance money I was getting. I did some research and found out that they switched owners and now it seems like this new owner is out for money only. I would highly recommend people if they cannot give you a quote not to go with them. I later found out the roof they sold was about 20k more than the one my neighbor had on and my neighbor has a larger roof than me.Business response

There are a number of reasons that this is an illegitimate complaint against us:
1) We have never had a customer named ************************************
2) We have no records that anyone by the name ***********************, or using the provided email address, or the phone number has contacted us.
3) The complaint contradicts itself stating first that we refused to provide them an estimate but then closes by stating that we provided one that was $20k higher than one received by their neighbor.
4) They provided only a partial address - a zip code that doesn't even exist.
5) The phone number provided belongs to a principal at an architecture firm named *************************. We have never been contacted by the architecture firm or by *******************
6) Attached are screenshots from our CRM showing that no one under any of these names, phone number, or email address exists in our records.
7) I have confirmed with our sales estimators that they haven't interacted with any of these individuals.Business response
