      Make purchase order number Order #*****. Paid *****. Not satisfied with products. Submitted a return request. Returns were sent back. They Denied refund. Offered store credit. Return policy was not clear on only offering store credit and no refund. Made purchase, paid shipping. Requested refund. Sent items back, paid return shipping and 10% restocking fee. Was sent store credit for $45.66. I just want my money back. They refuse.

      As noted in the attachments below, the customer requested a return as she did not like the products (01-01-2023). We promptly approved her for a return after sending the direct link to our full return policies and directions. (01-03-2023) She proceeded with the return after the link was issued. We received the return and promptly issued the store credit cost aside from our restocking fee as our policies state.(01-11-2023) On top of all of these steps we took to insure she understands how our returns work, we also have our policies publicly on our website as well as in a direct link form before you check out to ensure ultimate transparency. Unfortunately, this customer has seriously misunderstood or missed all our efforts to clearly show her our policies. We are unsure how we could've made our policies anymore clear as it is stated 3 times in 2 paragraphs that we offer store credit/credit for returns.       It does not clearly state in "store credit". It states "credit" then later in "store credit". No where does it state no refunds will be offered. When an online purchase has been made with a credit card, the card incurs a debit. Thus, when the card is refunded, the card is thus credited. Therefore, the term credit is not exclusive to meaning store credit as Texas Tushies is stating. Thus their policy is not clear and the RETURN policy is not a true return policy but a store credit policy. Please view the referenced policy. This should be re-worded to clearly state that no refund will be given and the the company only offers store credit.
      I will not be using the store credit as I didn't not like the style of the diaper. They were poor quality, with less cloth coverage, loose back pocket, and several small strings hanging off the diapers. A

      As Store Credit is mentioned twice within the return section of our polices, the use of credit is mentioned once, referring to store credit referenced in the next line. Then again in paragraph 3. Additionally, we have been using the same polices for 3 years and have no confusion by these polices. If we offered refunds for returns we would clearly state "refund" in place of "store credit" and "credit." Addiontally, we offer over ***** different products than what was originally purchased, so the consumer is not limited to repurchasing the same items as returned. Thus, deeming a store credit feasible and fair to both the business and consumer.
