I was charged up front $319.00 for a inspection of a leak at one of my commercial properties. We had already told the company where the leak was and I was hoping they could fix it. The leak turned out to be a 2'' PVC pipe buried only inches for the surface in a flower bed. The technician Mike showed up and left without calling me or the tenant. I received the "expert inspection report" via email after he was long gone. It said, "we recommend you call a pool company." Does it really cost $319,00 dollars to be told to call someone else? If the tech had called me I could have had the pool equipment turned off and he could have repaired the PVC in minutes. This is a scam. I have reported them to the Texas Attorney General, left a bad google review and now this one as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

When you called our office @ 4PM on Mon 11/15 (*on a recorded line) to request service, you were immediately advised that there is a diagnostic fee we pre-collect for our plumber to service a commercial location. After you detailed the issue you were aware of (as you were not onsite), I advised that in the event the issue is not plumbing related, the fee still applies to come and diagnose and non plumbing issues would not be repaired by our plumber. You double clarified this stating that if it were a "fire sprinkler" we would advise to call a proper pro for that repair, and I advised yes. As well we advised any repairs are additional to the diagnostic fee collected. You advised you "wanted to do it and advised "we Wylie folks stick together", paid the fee and confirmed with booking the appointment same day 4-7PM arrival window. You gave a different person's contact info to meet the plumber onsite. When the plumber was onsite and advised to said person onsite that the repair is on a pool line, not plumbing, so he would not be able to repair. You immediately go online to now lie and bash a small company for doing exactly as we described were the possibility. We are not a pool company and we do not make repairs to any pool equipment, which again we had pre-clarified to you that we ONLY do plumbing. We are a completely transparent company and we do not scam or mislead our customers!

I had DeWolfes out to unclog our bathroom sink and was told that the guck in there was very common from the AC. The clog was gone and I was happy with the outcome. However, with 2 weeks, the sink started slow draining again. I called to see if they'd come out to take a look and was told I would need to repay for the full service because they don't know what I've been putting down there... First of all, it's been 2 weeks. If it was completely taken care of, nothing should make it clog in 2 weeks. Second of all, I was told it was from our AC, not anything I've been doing. So incredibly frustrated to hear this and to get this kind of customer service, or lack thereof. I understand they cannot warranty drain clogs as these happen often but obviously the job was not done properly if an issue is occurring in less than a month. Will not be using DeWolfes again.

We did "run a cable through your master vanity that has A/C condensate drain attached" on 10/13/21. The result was, drain unstopped and tested to be working properly. Today, 11/4/21 (3 wks later), we received your call advising in your opinion the job was not completed and you wanted the line re-cleared at no cost. We advised we can perform the service today again at the same cost as before. We reminded you on this call that our guarantee clearly states there is no warranty on stoppages because they can reoccur when there is a known issue. With the stoppage reoccurring, an additional service to camera the line is necessary to determine the bigger issue causing the problem. Unfortunately, at this point, we will not provide any further service. We do suggest you have a plumber camera your sewer line to determine the issue causing reoccurring stoppages. How sad that you immediately turned to attempt to smear a small business for something you know is not warrantied. Your own words state you acknowledge and understand why there is no warranty.
