Wylie Tiny home and rv, was wylie propane when I first moved in. They try to remain secret or hard to get ahold of until they know you mean business. Wylie Tiny home and Rv owes me a full refund of my security deposit. They also are breaking the law. They used my name and information to sign me up for bills with an out sourced company without my permission. When the original owner just collected the amounts for sewer trash and water. When I moved out on 01/01/2024 I pictured everything electric meeter and all. They charged me for 3 additional months of sewer and water stealing over $300 worth of my security deposit. Then they tried to give a fake explanation as why I was stiffed money they weren't entitled too. This place is like the Bermuda triangle of problems. All I want is my entire security deposit back. I *************************** tiny home and Rv or whatever they're calling themselves for my time and effort if I have too. Nobody deserves to be treated like they treat people. Rent went up $300 - $400 a month 4 months after I moved in. Its why the place is still empty. I warned them I would be coming back to collected, or *** they didn't care.
