    Issue: SignalNet overcharged me a total of $524.86 for 22 days of intermittent unstable internet connectivity. Compensation seeking: Refund for unauthorized ACH of $265.63 from my bank account for so called "early termination fee". See the recent review I wrote on the BBB for Signalnet Broadband for full sequence of events. I ran out of character space. In summary, Signalnet was unable to provide a stable internet connection, but they blamed me when I asked them to end the internet service and they charged me a $250+ cancellation fee. The internet would lose connection 4-5 times a day (it was the worst when I was in a work meeting). It didn't matter if I was using wifi or connected directly through a hard wire cable. I sent several screen shots of internet speed tracking to Signalnet, but my concern went unanswered. Signalnet told me I wouldn't be on the hook for the cancelation fee when I first signed up if they couldn't provide a reliable internet connection. This was a false claim as they charged me anyway when I cancelled the internet service. I cancelled the day after another internet provider (the company uses the same line of sight dish to tower connection) installed their dish and router with reliable internet (all issues were gone). So, I was convinced this was a Signalnet issues and not my device issue like they claimed it to be.

    This company has given my husband and I NOTHING but problems, wifi has been not connected for almost 2 months now. New equipment was provided and still no issue was solved. When we first got this company they would repeatedly cancel on us for installing equipment and would never call back to reschedule we would have to call them. Whenever we have issues they would always respond with we will look into it and call us back and then never call us back so we would. They have repeatedly charged us for months where we did no have wifi. My husband needs access to the internet for his job. We have each had to call out of work multiple times to be at the house for them to show up to help, when they would show up hours upon hours late with no update or just not show up at all. My husband ended up going to their location and spoke with the owner who didn't seem like he wanted to help us and said how good their service was when in fact we haven't even been able even have the wifi long. They aren't open on the weekends and have short hours so when the wifi has issues so we are usually out of luck for the weekend if not longer as no one ever gets back. They have told us that the issue with the wifi is beyond them which is shocking that it would be our problem as they are the internet provider.
