My husband spoke to **** in January of 2021 about getting our Rv fixed. He came out & hauled it out said it would be ready in about 3 weeks & that we needed to pay the $6000 in order to get started working on it. 3 weeks went by & no update from him. We called said he had a falling out with his business partner & hasn't worked on our Rv due to that issue. We let a month go by we call & said he hasn't worked on it because we have to sign a paper to release the rv to him & once signed he would haul it out to his new place in Yantis TX. We did that & he never hauled the rv out to his new place due to transmission issues, being to busy on other rv etc. Eventually my husband hauls it out to him so we can just get it done. Mind you it's now about August says he'll get it done. My husband goes drives out to Yantis to check on it & **** said it's still not done due to lack of workers I called & spoke to him said he would have it done before labor day weekend since I told him I need it for a camping trip. It's now November 2021 & it's still not done told my husband it would be done he's gone out there multiple times & it's always the same thing keeps saying he just needs 2 more hrs etc and it's never done. I just want it done & never have to go back. I've heard multiple excuses & I feel like I've gotten the run around I've paid $6000 for the service & would like it to be done.
