I bought from him before. Had all items tested by myself being a gemologist. They are all lab created. He must have a business going with someone because the same product has been pushed for years. This guy owns a store. He needs to be put out of business.

Everyone on my site that buys an item goes to their jeweler and tests my gems and diamonds and jewelry. This is for their own peace of mind and I have over ******* successful sales on a well known platform and recognized consistently for exceptional quality and merchandise with a 99.9% Positive feedback rating and 100% rating on average for over 20 years. I am glad this person wrote, as they opened up two fake accounts on this platform accusing me stating they were working with Harvard and all my gems are not real and she is a gemologist. She would not divulge her name but, I am glad she now has. I invited her to send me the lab reports. I have yet to see anything. She stated the blue topaz in my sterling ring was not real, I tested it and it is genuine blue topaz, etc. A person that is trying to disrupt for sure which is unfortunate as I tried to exchange a few emails and she was just trying to state a blanket statement that all my gems are not real. I have a proven track record on this platform and honor all I sell. I offer a full refund for ANY reason within 30 days and always strive to treat others the way I would want to be treated. She states she bought a couple items...I have no idea if she is confusing me with someone else but I honor all I sell.

I have purchased 2 sets of diamond earings from old treasures, one just diamonds, the other pave pink sapphires and diamonds, I have purchased yellow sapphire and diamond ring, sapphire ring , an old mine cut sapphire and diamond ring, a diamond pendant as well. I sent a pave diamond ring back at the cost of 500 dollars and since I did not use ebay to return but simply sent the ring back, oldtreasures chose not to refund me. Basically it is theft.

No one just keeps your items that are returned without a refund. If you open up a return request, **** confirms that the item is received through a prepaid shipping label and if you use your own label, you simply upload your tracking number to the return. There are multiple checks and balances to make sure that somebody receives an item, and somebody sent an item through tracking. If I do not refund within two business days than **** as the mediator automatically refunds you in full. You keep saying you did not use the prepaid shipping label and I am not sure why you would not do that has that is protocol but again, even if you do not, you upload your tracking to your return request or you call **** and provide that tracking number. I find it very interesting that the tracking number was not included in this complaint, as this is all part of the checks and balances that verify if someone received an item or not. I would encourage you to open up a return request and upload the tracking if you have not done so already as we offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt on any and all items.

I had bought a pin from them on ebay. It was a nice pin but they advertised it as having approximately 1 carat of diamonds and sapphires. There may have been a half carat at the most. I kept the pin because it was a nice pin and I liked it however, I gave them a neutral rating on feedback stating that the carat weight of the diamonds and sapphires were short of the description in their ad. This had happened to me before on other purchases from them so I wanted others to know and beware of their description. I started looking into their feedbacks and found 6 others going through similar circumstances. Old Treasures has now blocked me from any purchases and have now somehow gotten rid of other neutral and negative feedback claiming they have 100% positive rating on ebay. Ebay allows this so beware buyers.

I show no record of any purchase from this person. They tried to call me a few minutes ago with a blocked number, and immediately started using profanity… if they did leave a less than honest feedback, we generally will block them, so we don’t disappoint them in the future. If we are not meeting their needs and they do not return it for a refund, we generally do not want to habitually disappoint, but this is generally a forum where people have tried to get a discount at some point and so they use the Better Business Bureau to incentivize some sort of refund or discount. We only offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt for any reason and this is our honest and good faith way of making sure you are happy with your purchase.

My husband and I got my engagement ring via this shop. It is stunning. We got it appraised and it was significantly more than what we paid. The owner curates the most gorgeous rings. He has a great return policy if something doesnt work out, and is super responsive if you have questions. This is a reputable shop, and if you have any hesitations, you should feel confident in your purchase!

This guy is awesome not sure why so many people leave these ugly reviews but I purchased a 1300 dollar ring paid to have it sized and when it arrived by the way with a signature required it was stunning!!!! A local jeweler confirmed all stones were real and it was appraised for more than his $6,000 appraisal I think the people who leave these nasty reviews are just trying to get something for nothing. I had no problems contacting him and receiving messages back from him. This is a 10++++ star seller and I would highly recommend him period!!!!

I bought a gold alexandrite ring from oldtreasures333, now I was a bit skeptical when it came because the gold looked worn and also its rare to see alexandrite with a price that low. However I took it to a jeweler and they confirmed it was 14k gold. As for it being alexandrite, it doesnt have much of a color change but did fluoresce under black light the way alexandrite should.

Dont buy from it via **** or anywhere else.Won auction bids via **** seller duplicated items next day with buyers bidding on them!!! Seller didnt respond to cancel orders. Not trustworthy business.EBay backed me 100%. Remember if its too true to believe then you get what you pay for!

***** had cancelled orders as he did not pay for them within the **** stated and permitted time frame. ***** thought the rules simply did not apply to him when paying and When he asked to finally pay they were relisted and resold. We encourage all buyers to pay within 4 business days which is the **** mandated time framethis buyer took much longer and the items were resold and the order cancelled. ***** never received the items as the order was cancelledso the transaction never took Place.

If I can give -0 I would! Please stay away from this seller!!! This guy ********************* the owner of Old Treasures is a scammer!!!!! Be aware he sold me a fake ring!! Whatever you buy from this guy have it appraised. **** deletes the bad reviews after he refunds part of the money. They have created MONSTER by allowing him to pretend to be a great seller but it's said money talk bull$*** walks. He said my jeweler didn't know what they were doing. My jeweler is a GIA ********* in business for over 30 years and does many of the appraisals for other jewelry stores. Glass stone ring he sold with a value of ***** is not true its not worth $100. Simply be careful of this seller. He gets all of his negative **** feedback removed yes REMOVED. They keep the good ones so you can trust him. Sadly these sellers are out there. This seller has an answer for everything and he is NEVER at fault!!! The customer, the *********s at the Jewelry, and the GIA are all wrong I mean it's unreal!!! See others' complaints below and see for yourself he has an answer for everything. And he is the only one CORRECT. Do you want to be scammed by him? The only thing he always says is to see his reviews of COURSE IF ALL THE NEGATIVE ARE REMOVED then of course you look good. Now I wish all the negative would stay then you will see the REAL DEAL, not everything that shines is a diamond always remember!! By the way EVERYONE to him is a FRAUD except himself.

We have sold ******* Items online with a 100 percent rating and offer a 30 day moneyback guarantee for any reason. I do not recall this buyer but for some reason are profane and unprofessional. Happy to refund for any reason and next time just simply return the item and say it didnt work for me. Its ok. We have over ******* happy customers and yes we have had a half dozen over the last few years that have been unhappy that have either decided to keep the item or return it for a refund. Sorry.

Please stay away from this seller, received a item was not the one I ordered. ( the one I ordered still listed for sale). I ask immediately return for a refund. But only received partial refund. The seller saying the the item I have returned was broken and some part has been removed. The seller is making up things so he doesnt need to do full refund. Please advise , the seller can removed the negative feedback if the purchase price of the item is reimbursed .

Buyer returned a Watch removing a gold link weighing 5 grams less in 18k goldstealing a part. The buyer was noted for fraud on their **** account and I was refunded. They also returned the watch in two pieces broken and my watchmaker has ordered parts to fix. I sell *********************************************************** 20 years. I applaud **** for documenting this case as this buyer is trying to get back the deduction from the part they stole from mevery unfortunate. I have a ******* sales on **** and a 100 percent rating **** protects sellers when buyers are unethical and I have forwarded pictures to **** for documentation. Fortunately this does not happen to sellers very often but occasionally there is a troublemaker as I sell ****** items a year and have three or four issues a year with buyers trying to do the wrong thing.

I had received the watch in a express mail Envelope , no any bubbles warping or any other protection. The watch is not cheap, I dont know how seller Guaranteed it will arrive safety. As soon I find out the one I received is not the one I ordered. I contact the seller. He said he sent me a better one instead. (but happy to take the return ). Who knows the one I received is better than one I ordered. So I immediately as for return and get refund.I wish I have see all previous buyer reviews from here, before I make the purchase. The 100% Positive feedback make me Think he is a good and trustable seller. after I returned for refund, he now making up some stories, so he can keep some amount of money. Now I have all the stress. Still trying to get my rest $2500 back.
