I have lived in my apartment since January 2022. Approximately 6 months after moving in, the previous owner of the property sold it. Upon new ownership, came new property management by the name of Lisa and Aaron P***** aka Paxson Properties LLC. My first complaint to Lisa Paxson via text about my neighbor smoking outside of my window was on March 7, 2023. I'd like to note I personally asked Steve W. (unit 146) to not smoke outside my door because when my window is open, my entire apartment smells like smoke and I do not want exposure to second-hand smoke. I asked Steve repeatedly to stop and he drunkenly made fun of me and continued. I was told he would be warned (3/7/23) and fined if it happened again. I sent another text later that day (3/7) and another the following day (3/8) stating he is still smoking and that I intend on sending her (Lisa-landlord) a message everytime he is outside my apartment smoking. On 3/8, my landlord informed me Steve was given a good stern talking-to and assured me he would be evicted if he did it again outside the distance outlined in Line 18 of the Lease Agreement. On 3/10, I sent a message stating he is doing it again. On 4/5, I sent my landlord a video of my neighbor smoking outside of my door and my interaction with him was recorded as well. On 4/6, my landlord informed me she would be sticking an eviction notice on his door. My neighbor was not evicted. On 5/8, I sent a text message again as he was smoking outside of my door. My landlord, again, said he would be evicted for violating the lease and my rights a a tenant. On 6/15, I sent my landlord a message about Steve and his drunken shenanigans-not to mention he was never evicted and, in fact, told me that he was getting money off of his rent for doing yardwork. On 6/1 7, my landlord said she would be coming to put video cameras up-which never happened. It is now 8/11, and my neighbor continues to expose me to second hand smoke and harasses me calling me a "******* *****"
