Stay far away from this company ! I paid for a TV media wall to be installed in my living room. Settled the payment on 4/18, it is now 5/6 and the wall is not complete. I reached out nearly every morning to make sure someone was coming and to no avail, was told they would come out on different days. A ONE day install turned into weeks on end !! Not only is the job not complete, it's a complete mess ! The TV that was supposed to go into the wall does not fit. The installer tried to push my brand-new television into the wall and it subsequently caused breaks in the paint and in the wall. There is gray paint splatters on the surrounding areas of the wall and baseboard adjacent to said 'media wall'. The ceiling has gray paint with white paint (different from the color of my ceiling) covering the mess ! My original wall looks like it is peeling on the sides (see photo for reference). Not to mention my balcony is now covered in paint that the installer decided to leave behind. I feel completely scammed, I asked if a manager can come out to look at this work because it is not what I signed for in the contract and was told someone would contact me but no one did ! I am writing this review and also filing a complaint with the BBB and consumer financial protection advocacy of Utah as well as launching an investigation with my credit card company!
